These Terms Of Purchase govern all agreements between our company and customers placing orders on our website. 1. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase under these terms. An order confirmation email sent to your address constitutes acceptance.

Availability changes without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we notify you and offer cancellation with full refund, substitution, or backorder if available.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We cover all shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees, so checkout price is final. Prices may change without notice but do not affect confirmed orders. We correct genuine pricing errors even after confirmation, either reconfirming or canceling with full refund.

Payment is required in full at checkout. We use secure encrypted processors. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders process and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days. We may split shipments for efficiency without extra cost. All shipments include free global shipping and duty coverage.

5. Delivery Acceptance

Delivery is complete when marked delivered by the carrier. Inspect your order promptly. Report issues through Contact page. Acceptance does not limit your return rights under 60-day policy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel orders before dispatch via Contact page. We refund fully in USD within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable; use return process instead.

We may cancel orders for unavailability, errors, fraud, or legal reasons. We refund fully if payment was collected.

7. Risk & Title

Risk transfers on delivery. Title transfers on full payment and delivery. Orders are insured during transit.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns follow our Refund Policy: 60-day window, unused/unworn items, original tags, 5–10 day refunds to original payment method.

9. Prohibited & Fraudulent Activity

You agree not to use our site for illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive acts. We may cancel orders, restrict access, or cooperate with authorities in cases of fraud or abuse.
